Who we are...

SJCFA is an all-water fly fishing club in Ocean City NJ.

We promote our sport by helping members learn about local waters, tackle and tactics. We apply this knowledge with salt and fresh water fishing outings and hands-on fly tying and casting instruction. Being a member is a great way to get tips on tackle and the “how to’s” of fly fishing.

Our goal is to share our knowledge to help others enjoy the sport.

We strive to provide the highest quality education of all fly-fishing related subjects, through presentations, seminars, classes and outings for both members and the public.

Conservation is one of our founding principles. The SJCFA is proud to continue protecting our fisheries and angling opportunities for the future.

Through continued interaction with local community groups and charities, The SJCFA "gives back" while promoting conservation awareness and education.
